Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your billing settings whenever you like; you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. No contracts, no cancellation fees.

Who pays the Stripe processing fees?

Tenants pay only the rent amount. Standard Stripe fees (ACH 0.8%, max $5; cards 2.9% + 30¢) are deducted from your payout — never added on top of the tenant's rent.

Is my data secure?

Your data is encrypted in transit and never sold. Payments are processed by Stripe, and Tenvale is operated by Tenvale LLC, a Massachusetts company.

Is Tenvale built for Massachusetts?

Yes — including built-in support for the §15B security-deposit rules (interest, escrow, return deadlines) that trip up out-of-state platforms.

Do tenants need to create an account?

Tenants get a simple invite by email and set a password to access their portal — where they pay rent, manage autopay, and submit maintenance requests. No app to download.
